Human Resources Officer (C&B) [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible full spectrum of C&B functions including monthly payroll, MPF contribution, taxation, EC & TPL case handling, C&B policy administration etc.
  • Assist in annual salary review.
  • Maintain and update staff data records at HRIS.
  • Compile HR related reports.
  • Perform any ad-hoc HR assignments/projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or diploma holder in HRM.
  • Minimum 5-year solid C&B experience in handling payroll and EC/TPL case.
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
  • Results-oriented, able to work in pressured environment.
  • A mature and proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skill.
