Human Resources Officer (C&B) [Hong Kong S.A.R.]
Responsibilities
- Responsible full spectrum of C&B functions including monthly payroll, MPF contribution, taxation, EC & TPL case handling, C&B policy administration etc.
- Assist in annual salary review.
- Maintain and update staff data records at HRIS.
- Compile HR related reports.
- Perform any ad-hoc HR assignments/projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or diploma holder in HRM.
- Minimum 5-year solid C&B experience in handling payroll and EC/TPL case.
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
- Results-oriented, able to work in pressured environment.
- A mature and proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skill.
